An order is confirmed after payment is completed or, for Cash on Delivery, after the order is confirmed. ELIT STORE may reject or cancel an order if we cannot contact the customer, the information provided is incomplete or incorrect, or the order appears suspicious.

6. Payment

  • The store provides several payment methods according to availability on the website.
  • If Cash on Delivery is selected and the customer does not receive the order without an acceptable reason, the store may take an appropriate measure for future orders.

7. Shipping and Delivery

  • Delivery is available only within the State of Qatar.
  • Delivery takes place on the same day as the order or within 48 hours, depending on the location and product availability.
